AIR CONDITIONING
Individual controls are located on the unit in your room at the entrance. Please adjust them to your comfort. You will find a control on your unit: a thermostat to set the room temperature using the signs ↑ ↓ .
ATM SERVICE
There are some ATM machines located in near the hotel.
BANKS
Banking hours are generally Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please contact our Front Desk for assistance.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the Restaurant from 7.00-10.00 daily.
BREAKAGES AND MISSING ITEMS
Please note that you will be held responsible for all/any breakages and/or missing items in your room and will be charged accordingly.

CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is after 03:00 p.m. Early check-in is offered based on availability.
CHECK-OUT TIME
The day of your departure your room will be at your disposal until midday (12h) ; so that we are able to prepare it for future guests. If you desire to keep your room longer, please contact the reception. We will do our best to satisfy your demand depending on our availability. In case of modification of your departure date; please inform the reception 24 hours in advance.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
We accept payments in cash as well as the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA.
CRIBS
Subject to availability cribs are available, for free. Please ask the Front Desk.
DRY-CLEANING AND LAUNDRY
Laundry bags and forms are in your room. Allow 48h before return. Please complete the form and place it with the laundry in the plastic bag. Leave the plastic bag on your bed and inform the front desk.
EMERGENCIES
To ensure your safety and comfort, we encourage you to read the security/safety section and its’ emergency phone list in this directory along with the evacuation instructions as bellow.
EVACUATION PROCEDURE
Please take note of the evacuation signs around the hotel. In the event of an emergency, DO NOT PANIC. Advise the Reception immediately by dialling 850.
EMERGENCY AND FIRE:
In the case that you notice smoke or an abnormal or unusual smell; please call the reception at number 850 and precise the exact place of the incident.
- Evacuate the hotel immediately after the hearing of the alarm signal ; or on order of the Citizen staff
- Move carefully
- Touch the doors and their handles with the palm of your hand, if they seem to be abnormally warm, don’t open them, if the door and the handle aren’t warm ; open them with precaution, but be prepared to close it again if necessary.
- In case of dense smoke, protect your airways with a wet (piece of) cloth, and move forward the closest as possible to the ground,
- Go to the emergency exit the closest to you,
- Don’t take the elevator,
- If the emergency exit is blocked, return to your room,
- If you stay in your room, put a wet piece of cloth under the door,
- Stay calm.
ELECTRICITY
The electrical voltage is 220 volts AC. Please contact reception for adaptors.
PHOTOCOPY SERVICES
If you would like to make a copy or print a document, please contact our reception team to assist you.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping staff are scheduled to service your guest room between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day. Should you require service at a specific time during your stay, please contact the Front Desk.
HAIR DRYERS
Hair dryers are available in all guest bathrooms.
IRON AND IRONING BOARD
Iron and ironing board are available in all guest wardrobes.
KEY
Should you lose your key, please immediately notify the Front Desk. For your own protection, you will be asked for identification. Please return your key card to the Front Desk upon check-out.
LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE
To assist you with your luggage needs, please contact Front Desk 24 any time.
LUGGAGES
If you wish to leave your luggage for a while at the hotel, please contact reception by dialling 850. A secure luggage area is available near reception.

LOST & FOUND
All found items are stored in our Housekeeping department for 3 months. Please contact our Reception if you are missing something. Shipping to you is at your own cost.

Newspapers are available in the lobby every morning at no charge.
NON-SMOKING
Ambassador Boutique Hotel is 100% non-smoking. Should anyone smoke in your non-smoking guest room during your stay, an additional CHF 100.- penalty charge will be applied to your account for the cost of purification. We hope you will respect the fact that many individuals today have severe allergies. Thank you for your cooperation.
PARKING< br /> While the hotel does not have a private parking, there is a public parking (“parking Perdtemps”) which is located 50 meters from our entrance. For the prices, please ask your Front Desk.
PET POLICY
For the convenience of other guests and to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations possible, pets are not permitted.

RESTAURANT
Our Restaurant serves Italian food at lunch 12:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. and at diner 07:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday.

A shoe polisher is available on floor -1 of the hotel.
